Common Questions

Before you submit.

Answers to the most common questions we hear from agents considering the Exchange.

What happens after I submit this form?

Within one business day, our onboarding team reaches out to schedule a 20-minute discovery call. We'll talk through your market, license status, and which carriers make sense for your business.

Do I need a book of business to join?

No. We work with both brand-new agents and established agents bringing an existing book. Our training library and dedicated onboarding specialist are designed to set new agents up for success.

What if I'm already contracted with other agencies?

That's fine. For most carriers, you can hold multiple appointments. If there's a carrier where you'd need to move your existing contract, we'll walk you through release-and-transfer paperwork as part of onboarding.

How does commission work?

Commissions are paid directly to you by each carrier — we don't sit in the middle of your pay. You'll receive street-level contracts on Medicare lines through our Spark Advisors NMO relationship and competitive Under-65 overrides.

Do I need E&O insurance to get contracted?

Yes, most carriers require active Errors & Omissions coverage before issuing an appointment. If you don't have it yet, we'll point you toward a partner provider where you can get coverage quickly.
