A 45-minute conversation with Michael Chapman — no pitch deck, no pressure. Just a direct look at whether The Exchange is the right upline to help you write more business and keep more of it.
This call is structured to respect your time. We'll spend most of it listening — to your background, your carriers, your goals — and the rest walking you through how The Exchange actually works.
A lot of agents have been burned by "discovery calls" that turn into 60 minutes of upline sales theater. This isn't that. Here's what to actually expect on the call.
Michael leads with questions, not slides. You'll do most of the talking in the first half so we actually understand your situation before proposing anything.
Commission splits, release policies, which carriers we have and don't have. If we can't help, we'll say so — and point you somewhere that can.
You won't be asked to sign anything on the call. Take the information, compare it to what you have, and decide on your own timeline.
Bring the hard ones. Overrides, hierarchy, vesting, charge-backs, technology gaps — we'd rather answer them now than after you've contracted.
Whether it's "send a SureLC invite" or "let's talk again after you check X," you'll leave with a specific action — not a vague follow-up.
Your current book, producers, and upline stay between us. We won't call anyone, and we won't share anything you tell us on the call.
"The upline's job is to make the agent more successful — not the other way around. I'll spend the call proving that's how we actually operate."
Michael is a Dallas-based insurance professional with more than a decade of field experience in Medicare and Under-65 health markets. He leads agent development, carrier relations, and downline support at The Medical Insurance Exchange — and still takes every discovery call personally.
None of this is required — show up with coffee and we'll make it work. But if you have time:
A rough sense of your carriers, current upline, and annual production. Back-of-napkin numbers are fine.
The things you actually need to know to make a decision. We'll answer them first, not last.
Zoom link will be in your confirmation email. Test audio and video beforehand if you can.
